The unknown assassin was part of a plot to kill Jayven Keven, the president of Aratech Corporation. The plot was successful, and this assassin was the one who sent the bolt through Jayven's head. He was captured shortly after by the SPO, Aratech's security force, and revealed he was hired by a company that had been bankrupted by Jayven. He was rescued by his accomplices, and he escaped planet. Nothing more is known about him.
