A Bloon Inflation and Deployment Facility is a building in Bloons Monkey City. It is required to attack other players in Monkey vs. Monkey. It costs File:City cash.png1500 to build, takes 10 minutes to build, and gives 750XP upon completion. It consumes File:Lightning thing-0.png10. Level 8 is required to unlock (although Level 9 is required for Monkey vs Monkey). At first, the player can only send up to Green Bloons, but they can research more types of bloons in the Bloon Research Lab.
