The Galactic Empire built a research base on Celvlo IV, the only inhabitable planet it the system. Shortly after the Battle of Endor, the system was abandoned for several years. Erk Grekins later rediscovered the base and used it for his own purposes. However, when he attempted to use it to set a trap for the New Republic, his plan backfired and the New Republic conquered the system in the Battle of Celvlo IV.
