The Adherents of the Repeated Meme had grave-like voice, almost like very loud whispers. The Adherents of the Repeated Meme had metallic hands and wore yellow chains around their necks which indicated rank. They weren't entirely robotic, being composed of organic ganglia strands connected to their hand. The Adherents of the Repeated Meme were operated remotely by Lady Cassandra herself.
