Cole Mining company was a small independent off-world mining firm owned and operated by the Cole family. Cole Mining owned and operated the Arisia Mining Colony over Arisia III, mining out the planet's deposits of Quantium 40. The company became defunct in 2259 when the Colony was destroyed by Shadow forces, leaving Colony Chief Marcus Cole as the only survivor of both the colony and what had remained of his family.
