Upton and Linda are located at Rivertown Mill on the second floor. The entrance to the Rivertown Mill's Basement can be found on the first floor. There is a large abundance of food to steal from here. As well as a lockpickable chest and three unlocked chests. The quest Buad Blood can be started here. You can also mindread Linda to learn about her lost purse. You can find it in the chapel, close to the priest (down the stairs), and then return it to her. The key to the basement can be found in a pot close to Upton, which also has several apples and other food.
