Rutania's armed forces are organized in a chain of command that starts of from the President (as commander-in-chief) through the Minister of Defense down to the newest recruits. The Rutanian armed forces are organized through the Ministry of Defense, which oversees a structure of joint command and control functions with many units reporting to various commanding officers.
