Buff Pang is a NPC who helps players by giving them buffs if they click on him and select Get Buffed! Buff Pang will only buff players level 60 or under (including after job change quest at lvl 60 untill they hit lvl 61). Buff Pang provides all the buffs an assist (but not RingMaster) learns that are level 7
