The Dinks refers to a tribe of little people who live on the Moon of Vega and work for Yogurt. They are parodies of the Jawas from Star Wars. Their language consists only of the word, "Dink", and they also sing the Colonel Bogey March (dubbed "The Dink March" on the soundtrack) as they walk in the desert.
