Huali is a brand of Tianjin Auto Works Company, a car manufacturer subsidiary of First Automobile Works Group. As of December 2003, Huali products are sold under the FAW Jiaxing brand. The Huali Dafa is an extremely popular three-cylinder microvan in the China since introduced in 1984. It is well known for its low cost and reliability. It is highly identifiable by its slightly curved "snub" shape. For this reason it is commonly nicknamed the "bread car". Production of the Huali Dafa was discontinued some time ago, but hundreds of thousands remain on the roads of China. By far, its most common color is maroon, followed by silver.
