Shachra is a Kzin centurion of the Empire of Kzin under Lord Veeshka. Shachra was ordered to go W'kkai Rift where traitor Chmeee while collaborating with the United Nations and exercise Rucch-la upon him; he would then command the Hyperdive II starship Destroyer to the Fleet of Worlds and destroy the Puppeteers with the Destroyer's Slaver Dirsupter Cannon. Following this, he would steal the Coalition Prorotype Hyperdrive II ship and forfeit it to the Main Battle Fleet of the Empire.
