After Shepard has recruited Garrus, had the first conversation with him, completed the mission on Horizon, and completed a few missions, Yeoman Chambers reports that Garrus has received a message that "put some fire in his eyes". Garrus says he has new information on Sidonis, the turian who sold out his team on Omega, leading to their deaths. Sidonis was last seen in the company of Fade, a man who helps people disappear on the Citadel.
