The New Jersey Rail Yards were a hotbed of criminal activity, notably for the Stracci crime family, whose compound was located nearby. It was also the location of the Stracci Rail Hub, where all of their outgoing shipments were monitored. Behind several ship containers was where the Dancing Hobo made his home, with members of the Hobo Gang concealed close by if he came under attack.
