Jerome Eckert was the assistant of Monica Jacobs at Rylatech and a spy for either China or Decima Technologies. He worked as an assistant to Monica Jacobs for two years but as actually a spy working in collusion with Martin Baxter. He helped frame Monica as the spy and later tried to dismiss her when she confronted him. However Reese appeared and subdued him. He was killed by a sniper to stop him from revealing the name of his employer.
