San Romero High School is a location in Lollipop Chainsaw, the institution that both protagonist Juliet Starling and her boyfriend Nick Carlyle attend. When Juliet arrives for school in the morning, she finds it overrun by a zombie outbreak caused by fellow student Swan, who has performed an unholy ritual to draw the attendant venom from the Rotten World and then summon the five Dark Purveyors. Once reunited, the two must navigate the increasingly ruined campus, saving surviving students and battling teachers while searching for Juliet's zombie-battling instructor, Morikawa. After he explains the situation, they confront Swan, and then head to the Junkyard to battle Zed.
