Birth Queen was the daughter of Colony Drone 2121 and was the mother of Pollination Technician 9 Smith. As she's already deceased at the start of The Sims 2, you can only see her in the family trees of her son and his children: Chloe Singles, Lola Singles, Johnny Smith, and Jill Smith, who are her grandchildren.
