Alan Cullen appeared in two roles in Coronation Street: in September 1966 as the Presiding Officer at the council elections and in July 1969 as Councillor Farnsworth of the same council. His other parts include roles in The Wednesday Play, Callan, Z Cars, Public Eye, Ladykillers, Juliet Bravo and the 1973 film O Lucky Man!
