This was Little Stephen's pet horse. Legend has it that when she was a foal, a drunk stablehand decided to race her against a pony named Turkey Lurkey. He thought it was the most fantastic thing he had ever seen. Thus, she was given the portmanteau of Fantasia Minor. Like all too many good horses, she ended up as a visitor of the Fayetteville Muselage Works and was never seen again. Some believe that she was reincarnated as one of the Bush twins -- you know, the classier one. Her siblings are known to be the progenitors of Brownie's Holy Equine Army.
