The construction of warp engines is only made possible by the warp effect. Warp means jump. More precisely, it means flying at close to the speed of light. Because the frequency of the electric impulses on the outer layer is continually changing, "jumps" arise -- from slow to fast and from fast to slow. The specified frequency is called the warp frequency. The warp generator makes it possible to increase the frequency in order to make it usable. Thanks to the upgrading of the generator's size, every research level increases the speed of the warp engine by 10%. At speeds close to light speed, "resonance" occurs. This resonance can lead to the formation of black holes. Therefore, it is needed for black hole research.
