Monica Campanella (モニカ・カンパネルラ, Monika Kanpanerura) was a citizen of Lotto Valentino during the 1700s. She was classmates with Huey Laforet and later Elmer C. Albatross at The Third Library under the watch of Dalton Strauss and Renee Paramedes Branvillier, her alchemy teachers. It was eventually revealed to her friends that she was born Maribel Boroñal, the younger sister of Count Esperanza C. Boroñal, and that she was actually the Mask Maker who had been committing a spree of murders around the city.
