The Celestial Rest in Zakyo Toshi was an inn run by monks from the Order of Thunder. They served there for a few months at a time before returning to the Temple of Osano-Wo on the Plains of Thunder. It was located by the Pearl Gate, catering those who were truly down on their luck. The inn did not charge rent, but instead depended on donations.
