Neiro Madara is the current Captain of Squad 11, having attained the position by killing the previous Kenpachi: Norido. Due to the brutal way that he had killed the former Kenpachi, he's earned the moniker "Vengeance Incarnate." He's also widely known and feared by his second persona "Akuma."
