The Sizzlefin Trout is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Link can cook with it on an open flame or a very hot surface to make a Roasted Trout which restores one and half heart containers, or prepare a Frozen Trout which restores one heart container. He can throw a Sizzlefin Trout into a cooking pot to prepare dishes granted with a "Spicy" effect temporarily granting cold resistance. It can also be cooked with "Spicy" critters such as a Summerwing Butterfly and Monster parts to create a Spicy Elixir.
