Hayley Comet is a brand new character who made her debut in December of 2015 along with Holly Wood. She is a blue skinned alien who came to Beanotown from outer space, thus she refers to Beanotown's residents as earthlings. The Bash Street Pups were witnesses of her arrival on Planet Earth. Her name comes from the comet known as Halley's Comet. Her pigtails are similar to those of Minnie the Minx's.
