Werebane (Werebane +1 in-game), also known as Silver Dagger: Werebane, is a +1 enchanted dagger. It has +4 bonus to both THAC0 and damage when fighting lycanthropes. This item appears in the Baldur's Gate and the Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition expansion pack: Tales of the Sword Coast. It can be found as treasure in the Wandering Eye on the Isle of Balduran. The weapon is the small sword proficiency in the original game and in the dagger proficiency in the Enhanced Edition.
