Andrew Andre Ayers[Voiced by Crispin Glover] was born on November 17th 1963 in Los Angeles California and is the owner of Ayers enterprises which was founded by his father Noah . He is the arch-nemesis of Stephen Bartowski and his son and first appears in Chuck Vs Ayers Rock. There is some evidence he is the head of the Ring which is later confirmed to be true. He is credited with creating machines which helped America unbeknownst to the Ameircan government he leads the Ring a rival espionage group dedicated to bringing down the American government.
