Ashley Dewitt is a bully at Seaview High first appearing in the pilot episode. She, along with her dominant friend, Amber Addison, are the generic popular girls at school often making fun of and humiliating Miley, Lilly, and others. In contrast to Amber, Ashley's less intelligent and has a horrible singing voice. However, both girls are shown to be huge fans of Hannah Montana (which is ironic since Miley is actually Hannah Montana). It is also shown that she doesn't know that Amber's biggest and most embarrassing secret is that Amber herself used to be the geeky kid with the glasses who everyone picked on.
