When Quagmire and the guys return to Korea to find the final episode of the soap opera, they bump into Hee-Sun, who invites them to dinner and to watch the episode at her place. There, she reintroduces Quagmire to Buttercup, now grown old and frail, but having produced numerous offspring over the years.
