Solis was the squad leader of one of his homeworld's defense squadrons. The Sulon Government choose a representative from each of their squadrons to do their part for the war effort. Because of his excellent simulation record, Solis was chosen from his squadron, largely against his will. Now a fully trained Jedi Knight, Solis never managed to emerge from beneath his former Master's shadow. Although more then competent in combat with a Lightsaber, Solis' true gift is in the cockpit of a starfighter or small freighter.
