Minato Ryuzaki is one of the youngest people in the Jikokukenin. He rarely thinks before he acts, and rushes into battle with no consideration of any consequences. He also has no respect for Ryoku, or even Ikasoruke. He works along with Hinamori Ichimaru on many occasions. When he joined the Jikokukenin, he was actually banished from Hikarigakure 2 for unknown reasons.
