Never Lake is a pristine lake area somewhere on Mobius. Whether or not Never Lake is its own Zone or is part of another Zone is never made clear, but the area was once surrounded by fledging forestation. Never Lake is best known as the area where the Miracle Planet appears every month and may have once been a tourist attraction, but during RBR people stopped going there because Robotnik had left his mark on Never Mountain by carving his face into the rock and anchoring the Miracle Planet to it. In almost all Sonic the Comic stories where the Miracle Planet has featured, Never Lake has been featured also. As well as the Miracle Planet's orbit location, Never Lake is also well known as the area where Sonic the Hedgehog first battled Metallix.
