Talia al Ghul is The Daughter of Ra's al Ghul and Older Half Sister of Nyssa al Ghul and Former Member of The League of Assassins. She was personally trained by both her Father and Sara Lance during her time with The League of Assassins. When she left on her own she met and personally trained both Green Arrow and Prometheus at two separate times as well.
