Brahma Bill was a motorcycle rider who challenged Blaze to a brief motorcycle race in the Arizona desert. Blaze won, of course. Later, Roxanne Simpson tracked him down looking for information on where Blaze might be. He tries to hit on her, but she rebuffs him. As she leaves, it becomes clear he is more impressed by her motorcycle than her (though he still finds her attractive). Later, he follows Blaze and manages to help him escape from the Orb. However, after the fight is over, Bill goes back to his "girl" - an amnesiac Roxanne.
