Lee Phenets was an engineer living and working on Bespin's Cloud City when the Galactic Empire occupied the city in the clouds. Phenets was a maintenance specialist who had to ensure of the smooth operation of Cloud City. He was respected by the Ugnaught population and wore the same overalls as many Ugnaughts.
