Milos Suskavcevic was a Serbian-national who immigrated to America with his brother. After killing businessman, Rick Baxter, Milos took over the dead man's identity. He later got into a confrontation with Enis Watley who later killed him, claiming self-defense for his actions. After Milos's death, his brother, Tesla Suskavcevic planned to flee the country and even came close to killing NCIS Medical Examiner Assistant James Palmer, only for the NCIS Major Case Response Team led by Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs to later arrest Tesla.
