Modifier tables are in any monster's description bar, accessed by hovering the mouse cursor over the monster's avatar in the bottom-right hand corner of the interface. You can also find them on your character's avater, in the bottom-left hand corner of the screen. These tables contain the elemental resistances for every element, (apart from Void and Harm) and is used to determine the damage that your weapon does
