A small corporation on Kothlis, Aquatic Integrated Systems (AIS) produced a variety of aquacultured fish and plants from the Elkit Peninsula. The company was owned by a group of Herglics and was the primary producer of salar on Kothlis, a type of fish originally found only on Bothawui but brought to Kothlis by the company.
