The Freeze-Frame Spell (inc: pictogel) is a spell that causes magical portraits to freeze for several seconds. If the incantation is used with care, the subjects of a frozen portrait may not even be aware that they were ever frozen. In October 2008, the Spell was demonstrated by Sue Fox, using a portrait of her uncle, to the new members of the Mors Mortis Society at the second meeting of the year.
