Mistia is a location in Luminous Arc 2. It's a city famous for fashion, tourist spots, Phyllis Magic Academy's hundred days meditation, and the Bell of Silence. It's also the hometown of the famous Artist and owner of B-Witched Magazine Kaph, who decorated the city square with numerous statues of the Tide Witch, Luna.
