Mafia: The City of Light, commonly known as Mafia, is a third-person action-adventure video game and is the first title in the Mafia franchise. It is developed by 2K Austria and is published by 2K Games. Development of the game was announced in August 1997 at the annual Las Vegas Video Game Convention, it was released on Microsoft Windows, Playstation and Xbox in December 1998.
