Spidera was a gigantic Spider-Queen that inhabited the deepest caves on Third Earth. She had a large nest and was considered a fable by most inhabitants on Third Earth, like Mumm-Ra was to the Cat race. Spidera is the reason why Grune lost his tooth, as he ripped it out to defend himself and Panthro by jamming it in her eye, in order for him and Panthro to escape her nest. That was the very same day in which Grune taught Panthro that "Any sacrifice, is worth the defeat of your enemy."
