Hyran ir'Tennet is the Civic Minister for Karrnath's capitol city, Korth. While King Kaius III rules Korth just like he rules Karrnath, he leaves the day-to-day management of the city to ir'Tennet. ir'Tennet controls the civilian government of Korth but not the city watch. The city's garrison/watch known as the White Lions are under the command of General Thauram.
