Norfolk Orbital Shipyards was a large naval drydock, shipyard, and refit station available for usage by vessels of the United Nations Space Command Navy. The shipyards would orbit the colony world of Manheim synchronously. By 2542, the Norfolk station had outmatched the production rate of any other UNSC orbital shipyard. As of 2550, the shipyard's production rate had matched that of Mars' Reyes-McLees Shipyards.
