Mosuke was a former samurai who joined the small temple of Seido Muzaka in the Kawa Forest, possibly the only one devoted to Muzaka, the Fortune of Enigmas. He stumbled upon the temple after fleeing a harassing pack of Saru shapeshifters, and after he recovered Mosuke chose to stay there.
