Major Hamed Rahmani, alias Abu Jafar Harawi, is an Iranian officer in MOIS. He and a group of others stole 100 pounds of nuclear material from Russia. Fourth Echelon tracked him to Bolivia, and lead agent Sam Fisher chased him onto North Yungas Road, where he died in a three-way crash.
