Dr. Peter Voss (played by Dennis Boutsikaris) was the husband of Anne Voss and a scientist at the Morley tobacco company who worked alongside James Scobie. He was a suspect in Scobie's death, but turned out to be innocent because Scobie had died after contact with Darryl Weaver. Voss decided to assist Walter Skinner and Fox Mulder in their investigation as well testify against the corporation's use of human test subjects. (TXF: "Brand X")
