Nation Song Contest 96 was the 96th edition of the Nation Song Contest and for the second time was hosted in Serenate & Clair after they finished second to Prasia in the previous edition and following their declination of the hosting rights of this edition. Zumkotzen made their début in this edition, replacing Berceniland on the roster, and eventually finished highly in 4th place.
