Nyago is one of Nekojara's minions. In the far past President Ichi used his Time Machine to see Nobita in the present but with the inverse dimension he cannot reach the present but around 1,000 years after 300 million years ago. One day Nyago had found the ruined Ichi's time machine so he and Nekojara modified it to be an enormous one. After Jara asks Doraemon to rapair Evolution-Degeneration Beam and Doraemon rapairs it (using Time Furoshiki in movie), Nyago is commanded to steal Noracium from Ministry of Energy. He shocks the security guard in front of Noracium storage for time machine.
