Ricky Napolitano aka "Little Ricky" was the son of Mob boss, Jimmy Napolitano and a gangster in his own right. Ricky was arrested during a pull-over NCIS pulled off with the help of a local State Trooper. As such, Ricky was taken into custody and later dragged to the prisoner exchange so that Leroy Jethro Gibbs could uncover the identity of the true mole jeopardizing FBI operations. After the swap, it's presumed that Ricky was jailed for many years for being involved with the Mob.
