For most of the war, Captain Rosen was a military liaison to Fourth Echelon, tasked with gathering Enforcer Corps intelligence on Eurofed drone systems and developing countermeasures to defeat them. When Falkensberg's Legion launched their surprise invasion of the northeast US, Rosen was called upon to put his intelligence gathering to the test against the best that the Enforcer Corps could offer. Commanding a flight in the newly formed 13th Attack Squadron, Rosen deployed the US's new MQ-4 Beholder attack drones against high-value Eurofed targets in New Jersey and the outer boroughs of New York City, including a strike on Falkensberg's forward headquarters itself that just missed the enemy commander.
